I got this vinyl sheet thinking, sweet 4 monster stickers for $6, well, Now that i have the sheet, the monster stickers aren't neon green like they are supposed to be and the picture indacates. They are a much darker, i'd say forest green. Thats why it gets a 3, decieving picture, and not the right color. Other-wise, they are what you expect to get.
