Amazon.com Product Description Classically styled and updated with the latest Timex timekeeping technology, the silver-tone Timex T29271 stainless steel women's watch makes a great accent to both your everyday and business wear. It features a round silver watch case that frames a white dial background with black Arabic numerals and silver hands (with seconds hand). The stainless steel bracelet band features trident shaped links in silver tones, and it's joined by a fold-over push-button clasp. This watch also features a 10-year battery life, water resistance to 50 meters (165 feet), and a date display at 3 o'clock. With the Quick Date function, you can set the date on the watch without turning the crown for every 24-hour period. Just pull the stem halfway out, and turn until desired date is reached. The Indiglo night-light uniformly lights the surface of the watch dial using patented blue electroluminescent lighting technology. It uses less battery power than most other watch illumination systems, enabling your watch battery to last longer.
Product Description This Timex Watch (but not any battery, crystal, band, or strap) is warranted to the owner for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase against defects in manufacture by Timex Corporation. Timex will not repair defects relating to servicing not performed by Timex Corporation. This limited warranty applies to US Customers.

Just what She wanted July 12, 2010 JoCr This watch is well done and fills the need for a functional and Professional look. Well designed, correct size and proportion.
Time out, Timex July 6, 2010 Andrea McClain We picked out this watch as a gift for my mom. Grew up respecting the Timex brand as solid and reliable. The watch stopped working with in 2 months. She took it to a local repair shop thinking the battery had run down. They said it's wasn't the battery and to look into the warranty situation with Timex. Turns out the Timex warranty is a hassle and a joke. I understand sending it back to be repaired or replaced (and to make sure there's no abuse involved) but on top of that, they want a $8 check to cover return shipping. Hmm $8? I asked them if they could just send an return authorization (like many companies who back the products they sell) and was told "If we did that for one person, we'd have to do it for everyone and wouldn't stay in business." Doesn't convey much confidence about this product or the way Timex conducts it's business. Sorry to be negative but this sort of thing drives me nuts.
To adjust strap, push out PINS - screw heads are for decoration June 26, 2010 C.R. (Atlanta, GA United States) To adjust the strap, you need to push out the pins in the direction of the arrows on the back of the band. You will be pushing on the pin on the opposite side of the pin that has the screw head. The screw head is for decoration only. The pins do not screw out. A small paper clip fits in the hole. Or, I highly recommend a pin removal tool. I bought one on Amazon that looks like a blue box for $3.75, like the one in the link below.

Search for "link removal tool". I would order it at the same time you order the watch. The removal tool takes about 30 seconds to adjust the band. As far as the watch, it's fine for the price and looks nice.
Fine While It Lasted June 23, 2010 Jessie P. I got this watch about 15 months ago, and it recently stopped working. I guess it lasted about as long as the battery did, which is not terribly impressive. The battery died, and I had it replaced, but the timekeeping function didn't start working again (the Indiglo still did though). I'm disappointed that the watch barely lasted past its warranty period, and since this has happened with the last 3 Timexes I've bought, I won't be purchasing another one. It's just not worth paying $30 every year for a new watch when I can buy another, more expensive brand and have it last 10 or more years.
Does not keep time June 13, 2010 Brian Does not keep time. I bought for my daughters birthday and she tossed all the packaging so I can't return it.
